HOUSE AT FINCAS
This is a low-cost house planed for a quick construction and prepared for future growth. Design with a cave-like architecture like a rock between the trees, it is simple and austere, without plasters nor decorations. Naked concrete with all its honesty and drama.
The plan reduces the systems required to run the house by concentrating everything on a single core of services. Minimal pipe distances were achieved together with simple traditional MEP systems. The same criteria was applied by minimizing the number of spaces for different activities, having fewer but bigger ones. The goal was to obtain good architectural quality in a smaller and less expensive building.
